CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation of an order is accepted if the same is done if the order has not been shipped. In such case the amount shall be refunded. The refund process shall take 2 working days for a cancelled order. Sometimes it may take 4-5 working days for the amount to reflect back in the bank account.
EXCHANGE POLICY
In case of damaged product, kindly attach the images of the damaged goods in different angles. To avoid disappointment, we will replace the same good as soon as possible upon receiving the product or refund the amount as per your request. If that product gets out of stock, we will refund the amount charged on the product excluding the delivery charge. We are not able to hold items and cannot guarantee their availability prior to receiving your return. The customer has to Self-Ship the product to us and after the arrival, the process will take place.
RETURN POLICY
If there is some fault with the product received, you may write us to knitbasketindia@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 95007 84477 in request for return within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Please note your returns must be shipped to us within the time frame. You can mail the tracking ID to us at knitbasketindia@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 95007 84477 within 48 hours from the time of delivery. The customer has to Self-Ship the product to us and after receipt and verification of the product, refund process will be initiated.
QUALITY CHECK
Once we receive your returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and when the product passes the quality check we will process either exchange or refund as per the request. If we find any issues in the Quality Check such as any damage, missing part, used and washed product or any other issue, we shall ship it back to you, and the customer will be charged for the shipment. All exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.
ITEM CONDITION
We will only accept returns or exchanges for items in new condition with defects. This means the items must be shipped back to us exactly as you received them.
We would also request pictures of defected item (clicked from few angles) in the same mail. Please allow our team 2 working days to get back on your request. Please pack well so that the products reach us in good condition.
Items should be returned new, unworn and with all tags still attached. In addition, all items must be returned in their original packaging. We will not accept merchandise which is not received accordingly. REFUND
A refund will only be issued for unwashed & unworn merchandise after it passes through our quality check. Please keep in mind the tags must also be intact for the products. If any merchandise is not returned in the specified condition, the returned order will be reshipped to the customer. Customers are responsible for purchasing his/her own return shipping label. Refund amount will be initiated in the customer's bank account within 3 days of receipt of the product. This will help our customer service staff track your return in a timely manner.
PROCESSING TIME
After your return item arrives at our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for us to initiate your refund. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take another 5-7 days for your refund to appear on your account. NON-AVAILABILITY OF DELIVERY
The courier services make three delivery attempts before dispatching back the package to us. We recommend that you provide all your contact details accurately, especially your mobile number, so that the courier company can contact you before making the delivery attempt and ensure your availability at the time. Once we receive the product, we will refund the amount back to you.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ON ARRIVAL
If a package arrives and the box is visibly damaged on the outside, inspect the contents before signing for the package! If you do receive or sign for a package and you later notice that an item is damaged or defective you have 2 business day to report this to our customer service team by writing to us at knitbasketindia@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 95007 84477. We will replace it as soon as possible.
RULES TO THE POLICY
• All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Please note that we do not refund any Shipping or COD charges incurred by you.
• While self-shipping your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. We recommend you use a reliable courier service.
• If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return.
• Any exchange or return case must be initiated within 48 hours of receiving the product.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE POLICY
• If the products are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
• Unsuccessful delivery due to the recipient not being available at the address provided by the sender at the time of delivery.
• If the recipient refuses to accept the product.
• If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return.
• Do note that we do not refund any Shipping or COD charges incurred by you.
• We will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, We would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.
