5. Where can KNITBASKET deliver products?
KNITBASKET delivers its products all over India. We ship our products to around 20,000 pin codes in. We usually delivery orders in 4-7 business days to regular pin codes after shipping the products. It may take longer to deliver products to remote locations.
6. How can I buy an item from KNITBASKET?
KNITBASKET only takes online orders through its website knitbasket.in We do not take any order on phone call or via email and we do not have retail outlets. 7. How can I order?
You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to the bag, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account. We will send you the tracking code of the shipment when the parcel has been sent.
8. Can I buy in bulk from KNITBASKET?
We take bulk orders as small as 50 pieces to as large at 10,000 pieces. Please write us to knitbasketindia@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 95007 84477 and someone from our sales team will get in touch with you shortly.
9. Will my product look exactly as it is seen on the website?
All our products are delivered as shown on the website. There may be slight change in colour displayed in the picture. Our catalogue is made up of unique products.
10. Do you deliver all products everywhere?
We deliver products to most of the places in India. We deliver our products to all regular pin codes in India. However, we do not deliver our products to extremely remote locations.
11. Do you provide a Cash on Delivery (COD) option?
Yes, we provide Cash on Delivery option.
12. How much do you charge for Cash on Delivery?
We also provide our customers with Cash on Delivery (COD) facility at an additional charge of Rs 75/- per order.
13. What kind of payment methods does KNITBASKET accept?
We have phonepay, gpay, amazon pay and paytm.
14. What do I do if my payment is deducted but my order is not placed?
In rare instances when you have made the payment and have not received an order confirmation email within 72 hours, please write us to knitbasketindia@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 95007 84477. We will help you with the order. We will either refund your money or create an order for you, whichever you prefer.
15. Can I replace or return an item?
For damaged or wrong products, you can ask for a replacement, which will take a certain time period to be re-delivered at the recipient's address. In case of damaged, wrong product, missing or bad quality products, you can ask for a replacement, which will be done as soon as possible. The complaint needs to be supported by a picture of the product. For damaged or wrong products, you can either ask for a refund to your card or account which you originally used to make the payment. In case of COD, the account number should be provided.
In the above-mentioned scenario's, the order would be marked as attempted and request for reattempt or refund/cancellations would not be accepted.
In case of any complaints we would require an image of the product delivered to be sent across to us to investigate the complaint.
16. How much time does it take to return the product & get a refund?
A refund will only be issued for unwashed & unworn merchandise after it passes through our quality check. Please keep in mind the tags must also be intact for the products. If any merchandise is not returned in the specified condition, the returned order will be reshipped to the customer. Customers are responsible for purchasing his/her own return shipping label. Refund amount will be initiated in the customer's bank account within 3 days of receipt of the product. After your return item arrives at our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for us to initiate your refund. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take another 5-7 days for your refund to appear on your account.
17. What are the reasons why Knit Basket will not be liable to compensate an order?
• If the products are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the sender.
• Unsuccessful delivery due to the recipient not being available at the address provided by the sender at the time of delivery.
• If the recipient refuses to accept the product.
• If you self-ship any product without officially informing us through our return/exchange process, we will not process the return.
• Do note that we do not refund any Shipping or COD charges incurred by you.
• We will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, We would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User.
18. Why don’t we exchange or return for size?
We have given the size chart image and it is the standard size. Our products do not vary from the size chart. We suggest you look at the size chart and order the best age group fitting your kid.
19. Do you charge for shipping?
An extra charge of Rs 75/- is applicable on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. The shipping charges on your shopping bag are clearly mentioned in the running banners. They are non-refundable at the time of return/exchange/cancellation of the order. Shipping charges are free for prepaid orders.
20. How do I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link in the tracking order section in your profile. If you have some difficulty in finding it please write us to knitbasketindia@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 95007 84477.
21. Can I cancel my order?
Your order with products can be cancelled if it has not already been shipped. We usually process all orders within a couple of hours of it being placed, and dispatch on the same day. So, in case you would like to cancel the order, please get in touch before shipping.
22. How long does it take to process my cancellation?
Cancellation of an order is accepted if the same is done if the order has not been shipped. In such case the amount shall be refunded. The refund process shall take 2 working days for a cancelled order. Sometimes it may take 4-5 working days for the amount to reflect back in the bank account.
23. What should I do if the payment is not accepted?
Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please write us to knitbasketindia@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 95007 84477 and notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.
24. How can I get offer on bulk orders?
You can contact us for bulk products using the contact menu given below. You just need please write us to knitbasketindia@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 95007 84477 along with the picture and product name of the product you are interested in. We can also give you a separate catalogue if you are interested. You will get a call from our sales executive. We will send you an offer.
25. How can I retrieve my password?
You can retrieve your password by clicking “forgot password?”. Instruction on password retrieval will be send to your email.
26. What is the Estimated Delivery Time
As soon as your order is placed and confirmed, our team gets into action to pack and dispatch them at the earliest. We rely on the very best courier services to dispatch and ship our orders to ensure timely delivery to our customers. The orders will reach you within 7-10 days of shipping, excluding Sundays and national holidays. However, during festivals and sales, the delivery may be delayed by a couple of days due to bulk orders.
27. Are there any Hidden Charges?
No hidden charges will be asked at the time of delivery. You pay exactly the amount you are intimated at the time of checking out. The prices are inclusive of all the extra charges.
